Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and BestBytes AI (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using PeerLLM Chat (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this Agreement.

2. Restrictions on Use

• You may not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
• You may not rely on the Service for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or professional advice.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Service.
• You may not use the Service in a way that could impair its availability, integrity, or performance.
• You may not submit or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.

3. AI Content Disclaimer

The Service generates outputs using artificial intelligence. Such outputs may be inaccurate, misleading, offensive, or inappropriate. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability. You are solely responsible for evaluating and using any output. We are not liable for any actions, decisions, or damages resulting from reliance on AI outputs.

4. User Responsibilities

• You use the Service at your own risk.
• You must not provide sensitive or confidential personal information in the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.
• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service.

5. Privacy & Data

6. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, branding, and content associated with the Service are the property of the Company. AI-generated outputs may be used by you, but we retain all rights to the underlying system.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months, or (b) USD $100.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
